MEGAFAUNA's Ventator premieres on Sleeping Village Reviews

Take a listen to the full record right now!

“Of course, some preparation is called for If you're invested in full experience, I highly recommend hiking into the deepest darkest forest you can reasonably find. Walk until you find a dilapidated shack, or perhaps a large pile of bones that look suspiciously familiar. Set up camp. Wait for dark, and then wait for your flashlight battery to die. Make peace with the fact that there is almost certainly something in the woods, and i̵̲̾͑̏t̷̜̝̳̏ ̸̼͝i̴͉̥̲̗͋̊s̵̨̬̹͙͓͕̿̈̉̔̌͠ ̵̡̭̜̩͌̈́̽͛̌̚ͅͅw̶̧̹̮̯̌̈ą̴̹̼̮̼̖́̆̑͆̓͝t̵̨̨͇̺̂̇̇̅͆̋͜͠c̶̢̧̻̞̈́̓͝ḥ̶̢͐̉̄̓̓̋i̷̦͈̠̎̇̊͂̔͠n̵̼͛g̴̨̮͉̲̠͆.”

A Note Regarding the Moose Hide Campaign

A NOTE REGARDING THE MOOSE HIDE CAMPAIGN:

This will be posted in a number of places to make sure folks are given ample time to opt out if they wish.

Starting in the next week or so, once the pins arrive, I will be including a Moose Hide pin with every order. These pins are provided directly by The Moose Hide Campaign.

For folks who don't know, The Moose Hide Campaign began as a BC-born, Indigenous-led grassroots movement to engage men and boys in ending violence towards women and children. Further, the campaign is grounded in Indigenous ceremony and traditional ways of learning and healing.

A cornerstone of the campaign is the moose hide pin. Wearing the pin signifies your commitment to honour, respect, and protect the women and children in your life and speak out against gender based domestic violence.

The pin is, also, a piece of leather and is not a vegan item. While the process of acquiring and processing these hides and making the pins IS an Indigenous-led and sustainable practice, I do understand that for any number of reasons, folks may not wish to receive one.

With this in mind, if you would like to OPT OUT of receiving a pin, please make a note of that when placing an order.

If you have already placed an order, please feel free to e-mail me at syrupmooserecords@gmail.com to let me know you would not like to receive one.

Syrup Moose Records is THRILLED to announce that they will be joining with
Cursed Monk Records

Pale Ghoul Recordings
and
Anti Fascist Black Metal Network

To bring you the upcoming record from IVORY PRIMARCH : The Portrait.

The Portrait is the follow up to the 2021 record, All Life Burns, from the doom/sludge/noise band from Melbourne, Australia.

Ivory Primarch is a band forged in the lore and stories of Tolkien, Lovecraft, Warhammer 40k, Bloodborne, and other dark, mysterious and bleak settings.

Dealing with the concepts of cosmic horrors, demonic possession, hedonism and war. Seeking to embody these ideas; Not just through music but through the use of costuming, photoshoots and theatrics.

There is a HUGE amount to come in the next few months, but for now, let’s get that beautiful hype train rolling.

Syrup Moose Radio: AOTY 2023 Part 3

Part Three of Syrup Moose Radio's AOTY specials airs today (or aired today depending on when you're reading this) - and if you'd like to have a listen you absolutely can. It's even got the full playlist and everything! Each track represents one of the best albums of the year, this one covers #17 - #11. Also, they are chronological and not by quality because your host is too cowardly for a ranked list.
